Canada Firearms Form

This form must be presented in Canada when clearing customs.  Please be sure to tell your clients not to signthe forms until they are in the presence of a customs agent.  They can fill the form in ahead of time but make sure they don't sign it.  Instructions are available on the form and at the Canadian Firearms Centre website www.cfc-cafc.gc.ca.
